The 5th Cowichan International Aboriginal Film Festival is from April 16-19,2009 in Duncan, British Columbia. This annual event is organized by the Cowichan Intercultural Festival of Film & Arts Society. It is with the generous support and partnership of Cowichan Tribes that we enter into this celebration of indigenous film and art, featuring an international slate of films, art, and dance.

Each year the Cowichan International Aboriginal Festival of Film & Art offers two full days on film, acting, movement, writing, costume design and other related workshops. These workshops are led by industry professionals and our guest artists of the year.
